Inexpensive Intimate Wedding venues

I'm starting to plan an intimate wedding (about 25 ppl), and am looking for a venue that's the right size, and affordable. My complete budget is under $10K. I'd like to have an outdoor ceremony and reception--either rustic or garden--just beautiful nature scenery but not the beach. Willing to travel outside of the immediate Tampa/St. Pete Area. I can't seem to find anything that is intimate enough or reasonable for my budget. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

Thank you so much for all of the great suggestions! I've looked into the yacht suggestion & some restaurant ideas. So far I'm on a much better track than before! ??

For such a small guest list, I'd suggest looking at places that aren't typical wedding venues. A museum with a garden? Restaurants? etc.
That fruit farm looks lovely!

St. Pete Sunken Gardens looked nice, Mixon is $3400 for a weekend day, you could also look at Pier 22 in Bradenton and Riverhouse Reef and Grill across the river in Palmetto--both have outside seating and are nice and have packages, etc for weddings and are right on the river.

Palma Sola Botanical gardens has a room and a nice outside area.

Also, South Florida museum in Bradenton was really pretty and didn't seem TOO big.
