I am planning on having a wedding in January and haven't attended any weddings during the winter. Normally spring/summer weddings involve the Bharat and cocktail hour outside. Has anyone had a winter Indian wedding I'm NJ/NY/PA areas? If so, what was the schedule of all events?

Perhaps you could modify the Bharat and process through the venue? An idea is t groom rent a fancy car, drive procession style to the venue, and then do the drumming and dancing through the parking lot into the ceremony venue, as a sort of mini-Bharat?
Do you have a venue in mind yet that would be big enough to host the cocktail hour indoors? If so, the cocktail hour could be moved indoors if this worked for your celebration!
