Indecisive on wedding colors🤷

I went back and forth on colors and my overall vision. I didn’t finalize my decision until we got our venue.
I really wanted blush and burgundy. but, I wanted a winter wonderland vibe. I tried to make the 2 ideas work together. Then I booked the venue and it has all exposed brick, red brick. I couldn’t put my pinks with that, so much changed and went with blues and silver to create a winter wonderland. And I never looked back.

I wouldn't keep looking at pictures. You're gonna get yourself confused. I looked at one set of options and was done with it when I had my fall theme wedding in mind. I also asked FH his advice one color of girls dresses and what the guys would wear to match. He was helpful in deciding then. I think the season really influences the colors as well. My florals are all fall colors for October.

We didn't decide on colors or theme until we had a date and venue locked down. And I agree with the others... stay off of Pinterest. I start brainstorming ideas by walking through Michaels and Dollar Tree. It was also a helpful to start budgeting.

My bridesmaids told me not to get to set on colors until I pick a wedding dress. Once you pick a dress the rest can follow.

I really like the colors of champagne and blush and purples even like the color of burgundy and either charcoal or grey or even navy for my FH and his groomsmen.

Amber, buy your wedding gown first. You may choose a color, like I did, and need everything to blend with it. You just know what gown you will fall in love with.

Burgundy blush and champagne seems more glam and romantic to me. I'd do some greenery with it. Navy tux for sure. Very elegant and beautiful!

What about pops of yellow? You can get a rustic feel with colors and flowers like this.
You could certainly do yellow, ivory, champagne and some green, and lavender or purple. Yellow and purple are contrasting colors.

I did appreciate the advice and went with bolder summer colors. Maybe you could go that deep purple instead of the burgundy! Balance it with your blush stuff too 😊
