Including your dogs/pets without them being there

I like the idea of naming drinks for them and having their photos. For a slightly off the wall idea, how about life-size cutouts of them, so they could stand (or sit) with you, even if they can’t be there.

Are you doing a photo collage board? I would include photos of you two with your pets there. If you haven't yet done engagement photos, maybe see if you can include your pets (or your dogs at least) in your photo shoot. You could use these photos for your STD, invitation, or wedding website.

People also do bouquet charms, usually for someone who has passed, but I don't see why you couldn't have one that includes fur from your still very much alive pets. There are a number of sellers on Etsy that have animal memory charms that you can insert some pet hair into, and I wouldn't be surprised if you could double one of these as a bouquet charm.

I've seen grooms customize the lining of their suits and one groom did it with photos of the couple's dog! Alternatively custom cuff links or socks with your pets faces (both also available on Etsy) could be a fun part of your partner's attire.

We had two fat heads of our dog as props in the photo booth. I don't have any photos handy, but they were like 18 inches tall.

Naming a signature drink after them is always a great idea! I love the cake toppers as well! If you have a lot of guests that have pets, you could also do a treat table for them to take home a treat to their pets as a thank you from yours!

I've also seen the framed photo or drawing of you and your pets and the guests sign around it, which is really sweet! Other ways to incorporate them could be small things like custom cups or cocktail napkins with their face on them! Etsy has TONS of options for those as well!
