I really wanted an alternative wedding band to wear when I didn’t feel like wearing my engagement ring and “every day” wedding band. I wanted a band that was a statement piece and “me”. I love the Edwardian period (early 1900s) of art, and when I saw this gorgeous inky blue sapphire ring from 1909 online, I was smitten 😍 Well, my amazing fiancé bought it for me and it just arrived from England!! And the fact that it arrived on the Winter Solstice is even more amazing, as it is one of my favorite days of the year to celebrate, and FH proposed to me on the Winter Solstice 3 years ago! 🖤 Does anybody else have a non-traditional wedding band (or 2nd band)? I’d love to see pictures of them!!
