Things you didn’t mention that you may need: an Officiant, flowers, decor, music (DJ, band, string quartet, etc.), caterer/bar, photographer, videographer, gifts for your wedding party, accessories (veil, shoes, earrings, necklace, etc.), hairstylist/make up artist.

Look into drop off catering from your favorite local restaurant. Where do you love to eat on date night? Browse Yelp for a officiant, photographer, dj. Instagram for your area is a great place to source hair and makeup artists. You can get delicious cake from the local grocery store and many of them have an in -store florist for half the price of a regular wedding vendor.


Skip the traditional wedding thank you gifts for attendants and get something related to their individual interests like you are shopping for their birthday.
It’s also ok to skip things you don’t care about.

The other posters have great ideas. Cece mentioned many vendors, but do consider many are optional. Outside of officiant, many couples hire a professional photographer. Don't forget your wedding license, partner's attire, linens/ seating/ tableware/ glassware, gifts for your wedding partner and parents (if applicable). Invitations and postage. Logistics, schedule, and coordination are fundamental. And keep attentive of your budget and financial priorities.
