i think i picked the wrong dress!!!

Love the dresses! i would skip the email and call or go in person to see what they say. You could always send a followup by email later on but the initial contact should be in person.

They are both beautiful dresses. Call and talk to shop and hopefully they can work something out for you. I am sure they have interested in making you happy as well. Perhaps they sell a lot of the dresses and don't mind keeping that and ordering yours if time may they can cancel the order and change it.

If you just ordered this past saturday, there's a high probability that the order has not been placed yet with the designer and if you wanted to change, they may be able to. I would call ASAP and ask what your options are.

Which one were you unsure about? Also -- if it's just the low back you're concerned about, often times designers allow you to make small changes like raising the back for a small fee. My designer would've let me raise the back up to 3"

Oh - if they had a different coloration option, you probably have the ability to make that change now if that's the only thing you were worried about
