Where are you looking? When we looked at venues, I found them on The Knot, Wedding Wire, Google, Yelp and Thumbtack.

There’s tons of venues in this area! Is there a certain type of venue you’re looking for? Barn, ballroom, banquet hall, park? Are you willing to venture into NKY or do you want to stay in Cincinnati?

Depending on the planner & the package you pay for. We looked at over 50 venues and toured 10+ before finding one, it took about 4 months total. We had a month of planner for $1,150 but couldn't afford a full planner since they charged $5,000-$20,000.

Planners are for higher budgets for sure. Planning a lower budget wedding takes a lot more work, I'd just dedicate 1-2 hours a day to look strictly at venues - traditional venues, parks, restaurants, VFWs, museums, hotels, etc. - until you find one since a lot of popular ones can book more than 1 year out.
