i found my dress But....

You Shouldn't Be Worried. Its YOUR Day. Its YOUR Dress. If They Don't Like It Who Cares? And If They Start Being Rude About It, I'd Tell Them To Politely Shut Up Because Its Your Wedding And Not Theirs.

Yes! Same here! I am not traditional at all either and some how fell in love with the most cake topper type dress! I thought I wanted a dress covered in lace and much more modern, but when I tried them on they didn't feel right. Then the David's Bridal employee pulled a off white halter top dress with jeweled pick ups and I didn't want to even try it on but she told me I really should and I would be surprised, so I did. Let me tell you I have never once felt confident in my own skin until I put this dress on! I have an apple shaped body, so I don't really have a small waist or large hips. I looked in the mirror and started bawling. I had a waist and I felt GOOD in my own body!

I get worried sometimes. But I have to remind myself that this is MY day and no one else's opinion matters. Everyone has their own vision of a wedding, no two can be equal. It's also impossible to please everyone in the same place, at the same time! Don't loose your mind worrying about it too much.

I'm all about "traditional" looking wedding dresses, but THIS IS SO GORGEOUS! Of course you may get some folks who have something negative to say, but you should absolutely rock this dress if it's the one you love! Who cares what anyone else thinks, this is your time to shine and that dress is sooo beautiful on you.

Anyone who is rude to a bride about her dress on her wedding day is just a Bad Person!!
