i can’t find a church!

So I live in NYC I found my venue and before booking I made sure my date worked at the church we were going to. Everything was good, then the church told us they were increasing their “donation” I figured not a huge deal, but then I found out that it was increased to almost $4K and that’s just too much. Now we don’t want to work with that priest anymore as every time I talked to him he increased the cost and that made us not trust him. Thankfully we aren’t in contract but now we have no church and many of the other churches aren’t available for our date as it is a Sunday before Christmas I am stressing out, but my fiancé insists on a Roman Catholic Church and I don’t know what to do anymore. Any ideas?
