How to use the WW seating chart tool -- Can we add names to specific seats? Seems not.

Once a person's name is at the next open seat at a table you can move them to another seat at that table. I noticed it is kind of sensitive to placement and if not put JUST in the right spot, it shoots them to the unseated list. I haven't looked for another tool. Good luck!

I've just started using the seating tool and as long as you have the guests in your list you can drag them to whatever seat you want after you put them at the table.

Not sure if that shows up in a "report" or whatever but visually the click-and-drag works however you want to place them.

Once you have them seated you can move individuals around to other seats or tables.

I am new to the forums and was just browsing, but I thought I would reach out because I recently started playing around with the seating chart too! You can add guests to specific seats, but you have to first add them to your guest list! After they are added to the guest list you can move them around from table to table!

Can you add them to guestlist without adding addresses etc? Didn't use that tool for invites so don't want to waste time filling all that stuff out just to use the seating chart tool.
