How to organize addresses?!?

I used excel. I have a 5 tab excel sheet with names and addresses, rehearsal dinner list, responses to RSVP and meal choice, etc. I don't know what I would do without it.

Excel. My wedding planner uses Aisle Planner so we used that but afterwards we just exported everything to Excel to make uploading to the invitations sites easier

I used the guest list function on WW and then exported it into Excel.

You can add all of the addresses in the Guest List Tool on WW so they're centrally organized, and you can export the list with addresses whenever you need!

Just FYI, both weddingpaperdivas and minted allow you to export an excel file to upload addresses.

However, you need to check out the formatting on the excel templates provided on both sites before starting your excel doc to prevent wasted data entry.

I had to google how to separate 1 column into 2 columns for first and last names because my original data list didn't match their form.
