How to incorporate?

Would you want your sister or dauggter-in-law to officiate or help host in some way? I have seen it where a family member is the MC and does the reception announcements for dances, speaches, entrances, exits, etc. Another option would be to have them help greet guests as they enter, hand out programs (if you are doing them), and/or get people to sign your guestbook. You could also just include both of them in your 'getting ready' activities with your bridal party.

Grace has some great ideas! I'd also suggest asking them to be readers if your ceremony has any and/or getting them a corsage would be a nice gesture.

If you're having any readings, you could see if they'd be interested in doing any of those!

To echo what Melody said, I think having one or both of them do readings. My sister just gave me this book for my birthday, which has a lot of quotes and poems that would make for beautiful readings:
