She said it would take her a few days to get me a price . It's been a few days and so I messaged her asking if she had a price yet and she responded very rudely. What should I do ?

I would have left as soon as she told me I couldn’t have the flowers I want because she didn’t think it would look good. You are paying a florist to make your vision come true, not to be nagged into agreeing to her opinion. An excellent florywill know how to use your choice of flowers to make a custom creation. The lady sounds lazy and bossy. She wouldn’t get a dime from me. Customers are doing her a favor, not the other way around.

I had my heart set on a florist that my FH had purchased a lot of flower bouquets from for me. However when I called to set up a consultation she was very short and rude. I explained I had emailed and messaged and didnt get a response hence the reason I called and she snapped a few more rude comments. That was the decision maker for me. I would suggest finding another florist who is open to your vision and willing to work with you.

This is easy. FIND ANOTHER FLORIST! Any flower can be procured at any time of year, for a price. I don't care if you wanted the most horrendously ugly arrangements to ever hit Pinterest, she should never tell you otherwise! Seriously, get another florist and then review the heck out of her!

Yeah definitely find a new florist! I tried getting an estimate from one in my area that has amazing reviews and my FSMIL said “I had to go to her”. She was so incredibly rude I refuse to go to her.

Just move on from her! You want to find somebody to accommodate you and your needs! I worked with flowers and I was just making up arrangements and it was sunflowers and roses. My manager tells me that they don't go together(which they do), now everyone loves them together. Plus you're paying money for these flowers and if she doesn't want to work with you then screw her!

Oh heck no find someone else. You will most likely have to go back and forth with her multiple times and you don't want to be bullied into choosing things you don't like or treated poorly in any other way. I was very adamant when picking my vendors that not only do they need to be talented but I need to be able to get along with them well. We have turned down some great vendors because I was not okay with how they talked to me. FH used to laugh saying I was being ridiculous or I was reading to much into snide remarks but now even he agrees we have an absolutely amazing team of great people and we look forward to be surrounded by them as support on the big day.

Do not settle for bad attitude.

If you haven't put a deposit down and you're not liking her, then move on. I've tried to go with my gut regarding my vendors and have been happy doing so. Otherwise you're not going to enjoy the process.

If you havent given her money or signed a contract, i would drop her. If she is being rude now imagine how she will be when its closer to your wedding.
Id call her and say unfortunately we are going ahead with another florist due to availability and i would mention her attitude
