How the hell do you work the two weeks before your wedding?!

Gotten calls today re: rentals, day of timeline from both caterer & dj (they're not agreeing), generators, a guest list add on, a guest list subtraction and then 12 hours later re-add, an e-mail from the DJ, and I'm trying to get some damn work done, you know - at work. To top it all off, my mom texted me asking legitimately if it was buffet or a sit down dinner. Holy f*cking shit, where have you BEEN the last 10 months? And the timing of the shuttles, which I still haven't gotten from the shuttle company.

HOW DID YOU GET ANY WORK DONE?!

A friend of ours came back from Denver with some kind of new vaporizer pen, and all of us were passing it around absolutely FASCINATED. One friend goes "Jesus, this is what happens when you never leave the mountains."

We were like neanderthals looking at fire...

I have a little less than 4 weeks left and my focus is out the window. I can't imagine being two weeks out.

I am still a little under 3 months out and find it difficult to limit my WW time to just breaks, so I don't even want to imagine the last couple of weeks before the wedding. It makes me wish I had more vaca time to take off the week before the wedding for mental health purposes. You are almost there. Just try to remember that these last couple of weeks will be intense, and you will be going crazy, but it will be worth it in the end.

    @ 8815Wedding: hi date twin!

I am in the exact same boat. I got the bright idea to only take 3 days off before the wedding.... Pure genius. I can't focus, haven't focused, and I think its only going to get worse....If anyone has some advice, we're all listening lol

I have no idea how I'm going to be a able to get shit done at work those two weeks prior. They still haven't even approved my time off for the honeymoon! I had to transfer teams about a month ago and my new supervisor hasn't even acknowledged my emails about time off. I'm seriously considering handing in my two weeks so I can focus and get things done. I'm soo behind!!
