I tried juggling a few things see if I could add more time but I couldn't. How much time do you have....Especially for my latina girls who know how much we love dancing...

I know this was posted years ago, but for anyone looking at this for help with their own wedding, I work in the wedding business and see about 200+ weddings a year. I think in a situation like this you could really cut time out of your toasts, I think 20 minute toasts per person is a lot of time. Take stress off of those who are toasting and make their toasts Maybe more like 3-5 minutes per. I also agree no one will miss the bouquet and garter toss. If you're going to do either I would do just the bouquet toss (garter tosses can honestly be a little uncomfortable for guests) and have the bouquet toss be the very last thing you do. It will take no longer than 2 minutes! I think you'll be surprised that the things you think will take FOREVER at your wedding actually go much faster than expected. The thing that really does take FOREVER is after ceremony pictures. That's why a cocktail hour for your guests is usually a good idea right after the ceremony. Or for a dry wedding, an appetizer hour.
