Someone quoted me for $150 for bridal makeup and I just wasn’t sure if that was the running rate or not?

My bridal hair and makeup will cost $210. All the quotes I got ranged from $150-$300 with an average of $175. I'm in Denver. I'm paying $175 for bridesmaids & moms hair and makeup. But those prices are for both services.

$200 for my hair & makeup. $140 for bridal party. that was pretty standard in the D/FW area.

I will be spending 150 for hair and makeup. It doesn't include a trial but it does include on location. Hope this helps.

I'm in LA and I graciously found my hmua for about $150 but average pricing was from $300- $500. I was totally scared and so happy to have found mine.

Both of mine together were $150, but the trial is also $100, so I am paying $250 (+tip) for my HMU both+trial!! Which is pretty typical where I live. I have paid $120 [including tip] for JUST makeup for a friends wedding, so I guess it might depend on where you live! My girls HMU will be between $90-130 +tip for both (depending on the complexity)

I got quoted for $100 for makeup and $100 for hair. I was thinking that was high for makeup, especially since I don't usually wear any and wanted to go for a natural look.

I was married in Los Angeles and I hired an independent makeup artist that charged me $375 total for my makeup, as well as my 3 bridesmaids and my mom (so $75.00 per person). The trial fee was $50. She did a beautiful job and all of us ladies were pleased with our looks.

I originally was going to try an actual wedding makeup company that wanted to charge $175 just for me, then $80 for each of my bridesmaids and mom. I did a trial there first, which required a $200 non-refundable deposit, and the trial was a complete disaster (I made a post about it). Sometimes more expensive does not mean better quality or service.
