$6800 for the day and doesn’t include much except the tables, chairs, little decor but the venue is amazing and well worth it.

$6,000 for everything sounds like a great deal. Ours started at $9,500 - excluding floral with options to upgrade at an additional cost.

$6k sounds like a steal if it comes with pretty much everything! Someone mentioned on this forum earlier that you should def. make sure that what you think is included actually is. I completely agree with them on that! It's just nice to know that you and the venue are both on the same page, and that you won't have any surprise expenses to cover once you sign!

Our venue is $5,900. That came with a day of coordinator, wooden tables, farmhouse tables, wooden xback chairs, full use of the bridal suite and grooms lounge, and we have full access to anything in their decoration storage! It's fairly new, so the owners have been steadily adding more to it, so we got a great deal considering she's raising the prices for 2022. So glad we signed!

Our venue is a country club and it’s a set pp price - $80 (or $85, i need to check LOL) that includes catering, bar, all the tables, etc., dance floor, dj...everything but cake and decor.
But! That was an unusual find. Most places I looked at were between 3-5k for facility fee, catering, etc was extra. Some had additional costs for chairs, linens, etc so there was a lot of price range.

What about photography, videography. this is not normally included in all inclusive venues and can add up quickly.

Yes photographer was included. Because that’s not normally included that’s a good deal correct?

I live in NC and we have an all inclusive venue that started at 7,000 for everything except dress, tux rentals and our extra stuff like jewelry guest book favors etc. But we customized it and made it our own for 10,250. It might only be 9300 if our guest count remains low.

I am getting married at The Mohicans in Glenmont, OH. My venue alone where I will be having ceremony and reception is $6500. Catering, which is through the venue is $10,000, about $70/pp. I also have to pay for security (I think this is $250) and obtain insurance ($200) with the Mohicans covered on it separately.

    Hope this helps!

I live around the Northern Va/DC area and we found and incredible bargain on a country club that is $89 per per person that includes everything but cake, officiant, ceremony music (since we want a string quartet, they provide DJ) and decor. They have a room of decor we can use too. We snagged that puppy up!

My venue rental at an apple orchard in IL itself is 3,500 on a sunday - included tables/chairs/linens/napkins/cake. Food and bar is separate pricing depending on what you pick, we are doing Sunday brunch and cheapest bar package is $63 a person, the next cheapest food/drink option is $104 a person- so we are planning on probably 5k for food/drink. I have to just get photography and floral really - they have centerpieces we can use but I'll probably make my own.
