How much greenery to order from Sam's Club for centerpieces? 1

Hello! We are planning on doing a centerpiece like this except with submerged baby's breath. How much greenery should we order from Sam's Club for 15 tables? The seeded eucalyptus greenery comes with 40 stems per bunch. Also, should we just do the seeded eucalyptus or mix the seeded and silver dollar eucalyptus?

I am going to do all greenery and I plan to order a small amount and play around with one table and then multiply by however many tables we’ll have.

Then I plan to pack each set of table decor in a bag with a label. I am not using a wedding planner but will hire a “day of” coordinator so need to be semi DIY.

I have someone helping me a month out, but she doesn’t do floral arrangements as part of her coordination package. So, I am planning to go to the venue the day before with my mom and several bridesmaids to do the DIY centerpieces together!

You are braver than I am! I am worried I’ll be distracted and anxious on the day and really just want to get my nails and hair done and then lay on a fainting couch in the bridal suite till I need to get dressed!
