How much does catering cost?

We are using our catering company for much more than just food. (Cocktail hour with 1 passed app, tea, lemonade, & water/ Buffet-Style Taco bar fish & chicken with queso, salsa, jalepenos, rice, beans, homemade chips etc/ handling fee for alcohol we purchase (beer & wine bar) / ceremony chair rentals/ arbor and linen rentals/ set up & Tear down fee/ Bartender for 4 hours/ cake/ sound system for ceremony/ glassware rentals / a few tables in addition to what comes with our venue (and linens for those)/ etc

Our cost is running at about $90 ish pp

For FL Panhandle

But I have come across as cheap as $15pp to $350pp plus a minimum and restrictions on what days of the week or #s of guests attending.
