How much does a make up trial cost?

Between 25 and 30 bucks per bridesmaid...and the bride is usually free

I paid about the same, and I've never heard of the bride getting her makeup free.

Wow thats a lot....but my friend is a professional make up artist and she charge between 50 to 75 per bridesmaids and the bride is 150 .....she was the most expensive and others was like i said between 25 and 30 per bridesmaid and the bride is free if you have more then 5 bm

I was quoted the same. if i go that route im giving my BM the choice to have their hair/makeup professionally done and if they choose to do it im paying half.

I mean they look pretty but that is soooooooooooooooo expensive I cant see myself spending that much on makeup

My trial makeup is 25 and day of is 35. My hair is 45 for the mothers (short hair) and 55 for updo's but my trial and day of hair are free because there are 4 bridesmaids and 2 mothers, plus she is colouring my hair a few days before hand.

I have a friend who does make up and she's doing mine for free and my brides maids she's charging 15 per face and I have 6 in my bridal party

In my area (nj/ny) brides are usually 100ish day of and BM's 75. I have never heard of a free bride deal.... MU only. I don't understand why anyone would do a bride free when the bride is the most expensive 'face' of the day....

Only reason why I'm doin it is bc I trust my friend . I've seen her work. Shes fabulous

Goodness...My make up and hair trial is 130 and then 200 day of for both. I am getting airbrushed so don't know if that makes a difference.

Ok I'm looking into prices as well but if I can't find something reasonable my girls and I will just go to Macy's and get make up up done for free and the on;y thing they ask is that u buy something but u don't half to.

I am getting my trial next month and I am paying $50 for the trial and if I book with her it goes towards my make-up for the day. But The quote I received for my bridal party including the moms were close to $700. Not going to happen I dont have that kind of money to pay for everyone so they can do their own or have my cousin do it who is a mary kay consultant.

My MUA is friend from HS but she went to school and does it professionally for a living and she is charging me $65 each. I am in a wedding in July and her MUA is $150 for the bride$110 for the BM if they want it...plus $15 for lashes....yikes!!

I'd say your are pretty average on pricing, but see if you could negotiate it a bit further
