How much do you look into a couple’s wedding website?

I love detailed wedding websites and will always check out everything on them!

I'm a "just the facts, please" sort of person. So I only go to a wedding website to find/confirm the information I need. If I am close enough to the couple to attend their wedding, I probably already know how they met, etc., and I am not interested in the details of their friendships with people I don't know (i.e.., wedding party page).

That said, everyone should include whatever they want on their websites. As long as the info I need is easy to find, I genuinely don't form an opinion about all the other stuff.

I look at everything! It’s probably because I’m in the midst of planning but I love a thorough website.

I look at everything, and read all of the details! I love reading how the couple met, any interesting facts about them, looking at photos they posted...I love it all!

I never look at the “how we met” or wedding party. I like the dates/time of all events, attire and registry.

Just the important info I need.

To be completely honest, none of the couples we know who have married recently (even in the last 10+ years) have used a website of any kind. They have all gone the old school route where parents send save the dates in a phone conversation and a formal full invitation set following that includes all the traditional stuff: invite, reply card with stamped envelope, details card, inside of 2 envelopes. We haven’t decided if we will do a website since most people in our groups are tech savvy, but we would be the first so we don’t have any expectations either way for how close they look at it.

I'm nosey, so I really enjoying looking at wedding websites! I think most guests enjoy the option to see those things, but if they are not there, they don't feel like they are missing anything.

I look at everything except the "Things To Do" section. I like seeing how couples would author their own story and it's nice to be able to put a face to a name for the wedding party.

I pretty much just look at the RSVP/event details and the registry (if I'm going to the bridal shower--we just give cash for the wedding itself).

Oh, I'm nosy. Not only do I go in for the registry and other info, I'm totally going to look at photos and other things!

Also, I just love to look at my friends' stuff. It's cute!

Only the facts. At least half do not do a website, or formal save the date, relying on a conversation or phone call for advance info only for those needed, and send an information sheet if necessary. This is primarily those where most are from the area. Those with many from outside the area send saves about 3-4 months before invitations 8 weeks, and many have websites. I rarely read.
