I know nothing about flower prices. How much do the average bouquets and corsages cost?

Well, it will come down to a few factors. 1) The type of flowers you want. Some will inherantly be more expensive based on their availability. 2) Whether the flowers you want are in season - in season is cheaper. 3) How big of a piece you want and how many parts to it. I have seen some bouquets cost over $300 and some that are $40 based on the flowers chosen and the florist. Likewise goes with centerpieces.

I would get some quotes from some florists in your area. I’m not a huge fan of floral decor and just wanted simple bouquets with sunflowers. I went to the grocery store by my venue and got such an amazing deal. They did the flowers for my sister’s wedding as well and were beautiful

I would definitely get quotes from a few places. My venue works with a florist so I'm going with her but I told her what I was comfortable spending (flowers aren't a priority to me) and she's making it work within the budget I want! I only wanted to spend about $500 on my bouquet, 5 bridesmaid bouquets, 4 corsages and about 14 boutineers. I think in total with my centerpieces and ceremony floral she's doing I'm only spending about $750 on floral total so I'm happy!!

    Hi Katie!

As Becca advised, the cost of flowers varies based on your style and what it is you need.

According to the WeddingWire cost guide, in Minneapolis MN, most couples spend between $850 - $2,000, with the average flower cost being $1,300. The average cost of a bridal bouquet is $150.

Take some time to read through the cost guide to understand the different parts which make up flower costs before setting your flower budget. Likewise, this article from the WeddingWire ideas section is packed with information on flower costs - Why Wedding Flowers Cost THAT Much

Depends on if you are doing real/fake or ordered/DIY. I spent about $350 on all the flowers to do my bouquet, 3 bridesmaids, 8 bouts, 2 corsages, a flower girl head piece and have enough left to do small centerpieces for the tables. Hobby Lobby half off sales are helpful as well as buying in bulk.

It all depends on the types of flowers, the place you buy them, where you live and how many you want.
I bought from a local shop: My bouquet, 4 brides maids bouquets, two mother corsages, 9 boutenneirs, 1 flower crown, and 18 centerpieces. Simple flowers (Rose's, baby's breath, carnations and greens) and over all got charged a little under 620$ that was a steal in my opinion. Definitely search around you can get great prices if you look hard enough! Good luck ❤

Depends on a lot of factors. I paid $275 for my bouquet, $100 per bridesmaid bouquet, $25 per boutonnière, $40 per wrist corsage, and $160 per centerpiece.
