How much did your day of coordinator cost ??

I just booked a day of coordinator for my July 2020 wedding in Portland for $1800. She'll be in touch monthly and give me any tips/recommendations that I need as I plan the wedding, she'll attend my venue walk through to get an idea of what I want for my decorations, and help with the rehearsal the night before. Plus on the day or she'll be there beginning to end and handle everything so all we have to worry about it is getting ready & getting married.

I talked to another day of coordinator who was priced the same for similar service level, but they would only be on site for 6 hours on the wedding day. I didn't think that was enough for the amount they were asking.

I also plan to include my coordinator and the photographers in my head count for dinner.

Mine was $995, for day of coordination, she does meet with me a month in advance to basically take over the details and be prepared. It is just her and her mom and the basic package since I did all the leg work with contracts and building my wedding. She is there to help execute and deal with problems day of, so I can enjoy all the work I did.
