How much did your day of coordinator cost ??

$700, CT shoreline. I got many quotes ranging from $600-2200, and ended up choosing mine because she had a few years experience but she was still inexpensive, and I really clicked with her.

Ours is $600.00.. Three planning appts before, wedding timeline, all decorating, management of the rehearsal, wedding and reception. Oh and all the clean-up!!

$20/hour. She works at the venue and that is what she charges.

Someone I knew had a photographer that did day of coordination and she charged $8,000!! She only charged that much since the parents paid for everything and I'm sure she saw a rip-off opportunity

Mines is 1500

Mine is only $550 (with a $200 discount for the wedding being local to her) and she is freaking amazing. She has helped me with so much--vendor recommendations, planning advice, she's even doing my decorations (for a small additional fee). Best money I've spent on the wedding.

$950.00 and she will have an assistant with her. So really I get two!

800$ for two day of coordinators.

$400 near Portland, OR. She does the timeline, rehearsal, and email/phone questions for months prior too. I just needed set up help really, but she'll do even more than that. If all goes well she'll get a great tip!

Mine is costing about $900. I wouldn't pay more than $1000 personally.

Holy cannoli, 4000 is a lot of money for someone's assistance for the day!

I've gotten quotes between $400-$2,500 for day of. The one I decided on is $1,150. I had to do A LOT of searching though, and a lot of review reading.

I got a quote for about 100 dollars and hour for a coordinator. We opted out of one for now, due to money but there are some that will work with you.

HI! I'm a Event Planner based in NJ, I do weddings in NY and PA as well. I charge $600 for day of coordination (more like month of coordination) which includes timeline, vendor coordination, decoration setup, cleanup and anything my bride needs help day of. $4,000 for a day of coordinator is ALOT of money!
