Ladies! need your input - how much did your alterations cost? I am getting a bustle put in and I need the bust & shoulders part of my dress taken in as well. I have a fitted / mermaid wedding gown Nothing major. Thanks in advance

Mine were capped at $500 for my lace mermaid. It basically needed to be taken in all through the sides and shoulders, hemmed, bustled, and they were going to let it out just a tiny bit in the hips to make it more comfortable to sit in.

My alterations cost about $550. This included the hem, 10 point bustle, attaching a belt, adding bra cups, shortening straps, adding fabric to raise a low neckline, and steaming.

I had a hem (150) and bustle (127). In a couple weeks, I might be adding a corset back (150) still up in the air.
