I'm paying $75 for my hair. This doesn't include the trial which will be another $75. I'm in Upstate NY.

Thank you so much ladies! Loving all the input! I am paying for everything for myself and for my bridesmaid: dress, shoes, jewelry, hair, and makeup. So all these pricing and tips really help me out! I don't know what's a good price or what's an expensive price. And yes, I am so worried about telling someone I didn't like the hair or didn't connect and feel like I would be stuck with them. so thank you for reassuring me that I DON'T have to sign a contract with them! Any other tips and advice will help

I'm paying $450, which includes the trial, H&MU the day of, and the travel fee for her to come to me (which is over 80 miles!).

I think it really depends what you are looking for. I'll be wearing my hair either down with curls or 1/2 up. I could probably do it myself but don't want to be bothered. I won't pay more than $100. If I was looking for an intricate updo I'd pay maybe $350. This is just for hair. My makeup is being done by someone else.

This was my quote. Hair trial is another $75. She's good too! She waived the travel fee for me because she was a little flakey at first and I had to spend some time tracking her down.

I paid $85 for my hair but that was a very simple look. In my area hair can range from 85-300.

My hairstylist charges a $45 travel fee to come to location and I'm paying that fee and the updo's start at $65 I'm having the bridesmaids pay for there own hair to be done if they wish. It's not a requirement for my wedding

I'm trying to keep hair and make up each under $100. Then adding a tip for each on top of that.

This is so dependent on where you are. You cannot get bridal hair done here for less than $150, unless you go to a hair school, then it's $65. A regular updo is $85.

This will largely depend on where you live. I'm here in Oregon & mines is $240 (hair, makeup, trial & travel fees included)

Your never "stuck" with a stylist until you've signed a contract. If you didnt connect or didnt like the trial work, you may be out the cost of your trial but are I now way obligated to use that stylist

Day of wedding I'm paying $100 per hour for hair and makeup plus a $175 travel fee (kinda frustrating because they are only traveling 30 mins) but I really want to get ready at my venue so I'm gonna pay it. This does not include tip and does not include the trial which is $100. I'm getting married in a small town in the mountains and only had 3 salons to choose from.
