How many Welcome Bags?

I shot over an email to my venue coordinator on this but she's out and I'm ready to hit submit on my Etsy order for the Welcome Bag stickers....so do you give a Welcome Bag to "each" guest staying at the hotel for your wedding or just one for every room booked? Makes a huge difference in the number...

Makes a huge difference in the number of bags we make.

    I think you should definitely do bags for each room regardless of the hotel. Otherwise it looks like they had to spend a certain amount to qualify for the bags. You wouldn't want your guests to think you were only welcoming those that chose to stay at the more expensive place.

    When I've gone to out of town weddings, it's been one for every room booked. And since some hotels charge per bag handed out/delivered, that's easier too!
