    My fiance is disabled so anytime he leaves the house (taking the dog out or driving to a doctor's appointment etc) we say I love you because it could potentially be the last time. So that is usually 2 times a day. Then we usually say it before bed and sometime he will shoot me a good morning beautiful text and tell me he loves me.

    If we are having a bad day (he's in pain or i'm in pain, if work or school is stressing me out, or if we get into an argument) then we usually say I love you then as well.

    It’s throughout the day, in person, in text, and on Snapchat, talking on the phone. Any kind of contact with each other, we say I love you!

    Definitely before we go anywhere, usually followed by a drive safe and have an awesome day. Sometimes it’s just when we are sitting around doing nothing. It depends on what shift we are working because sometimes the other is asleep before or after. When that happens usually it’s a text message of good morning, hope you slept well and I love you.
