For the ceremony i did maybe 20% more chairs than the guest count cause people don't want to be huddled together and it made it more roomy

For your reception you'll need at least 80 chairs (make sure you've included yourself and your fiancé(e) in your total count), and the number of tables will depend on the size and layout of your reception space!
