Out of 155 people, we are missing 80 responses. Thats roughly 40 invitations that have not gotten back to us. (Eye roll) Looks like I will have a very busy day on my phone today. How many did you/are you chasing?

Wow, this is scary! I am sending our save the date 2/14/2020. Our invites out in May 1st, 2020 with a deadline of July 15th, 2020 this will be one month prior to the wedding. I am seeing the caterers needing headcount within 2 weeks, which is doable. So far we are at 105 people with our limits at 120ppl. However, I plan to be firm on my deadline, no chasing. I will invite local friends/coworkers which I know would come.

Our RSVP deadline was yesterday, and I was missing 6 (3 couples). I just got one couple’s RSVP this afternoon, so now I’m only missing 4 total. So overall, I think I’m pretty lucky.
