how many roses per person for petal toss?

I actually just posted about tossing petals!! what are you thinking of holding them in? i am on the hunt!! i was thinking of doing about doing this if my ceremony (still tbd..) will allow it. I'm thinking about 1/4 cup pp... so 1.5-2 roses per person seems right. I was looking into silk petals- they are insanely cheaper... i found a website that has bags of 1000 - i was thinking about buying 4 bags. I have 130-150 people attending my wedding (at least that is the plan)

We're doing rose cones for our ceremony exit. Florist is filling about 50 cones with 2-3 roses each. Hope that helps.

Adilou- I got favor boxes at hobby lobby (then I found them at dollar tree). Organza bags are also good but mine will be on the chairs outside so I wanted something with some weight.
