How many places should one register?

Sorry for the second post but this is a different topic and I wanted a new post for it..I have registered at two places amazon.com and a honeymoon fund is that enough options? i don't want to seem greedy by having to many choices.

@zeldabride they don't have an "official" registry program. I had to get hacker creative and add the widget to our wedding website

We registered at Amazon and Macy's.

We are registered at Crate and Barrel and on Amazon (totally obsessed with the Amazon registry), and we plan to register at Target a little closer to the wedding for everyday things like towels, sheets, etc.

Yeah don't do a honeymoon fund unless you can find one that doesn't charge fees. You'll probably get lots of money anyway. Lots of people just gave us cash or checks instead of gifts. We registered at Bed Bath and Beyond and Target.
