Even on both sides! Did you want them to be even or did it just work out that way?!

I know people are commenting that large wedding parties come with drama. But we had an extremely large wedding party and 0 drama. So it might depend on the people! Just don’t want that to scare anyone.

    2 co-Maids of Honor + 3 Bridesmaids + 1 Best Man + 5 Groomsmen = 11 wedding party members.

It may be a bit much for a wedding of around 140 guests, but they were all people that we definitely needed to include. The decisions were beyond easy for both my side and my FHs. My co-MOHs are my "sisters" and closest friends with whom I have been through everything from childhood until now. Two Bridesmaids are my future SILs, who are both fabulous, and then the other is my nearest and dearest cousin who is one of my favorite people. FH's Best Man is his brother, three of his Groomsmen are his best friends, and the other two are my brothers.

I have a MOH that will be walking in alone. My step daughter will also be walking in, along with her brothers. No one will be standing up with us other than the officiant.

I had zero bridesmaids and groomsmen. I just had my 6 year old nephew as a ring bearer and 9 year old niece as a junior bridesmaid. It made planning so much easier and our friends loved just joining us as guests.

We are doing just a maid of honor and best man! Simple, drama-free, and one of the best decisions we've made so far Smiley smile

How do you feel about the uneven numbers? My fiance has more groomsmen than I have bridesmaids and I am trying to figure it out.

14 on each side... I was looking to go smaller, but then my fiance wanted a group of 14, so here we are. It's also a fusion wedding (Hispanic/Indian) with at least 300 guests spanning 2 days.

So far it’s 3 on each side.
Is it bad/ wrong to not have a maid of honor but just 3 bridesmaids?

Absolutely not! I know a lot of community members have a hard time picking a maid of honor and choose to just have bridesmaids! It's totally your choice!

7 on each side! They all play a special part in our lives. It wasn’t a hard decision at all..we instantly knew who we’d ask.
