How many people can i invite

Dominique, on October 21, 2019 at 9:22 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 5
I want our numbers to be as close to 125 for our final wedding count. We have only 10 out of town guest and the rest are local. What should our max invite number be to get to around 125 guests?

You most likely will get some declines regardless if most are out of town. However, do not budget for less than you invite. If you want less people there to make it more intimate than just invite less people.

    125. Don’t invite more than your venue can handle.

Don’t forget that people participating in your Wedding will count towards bodies in the building and in your invites.

Don't invite more than the max amount you can accommodate. Even though people say you get 20% decline rate normally (which I did) , it's also risky to invite more and then there's that off chance they actually all can come
