How many Non-alcholic Drinks for 250 guests....

I am getting married in October at 5. We are at an outdoor venue and will be serving alcohol as well as can drinks and waters. How many Non Alcoholic drinks will i need? Not sure how to calculate this. reception will be from 5:30-9:30 there will be dancing, bonfire, etc.

    I would say about 2 per person to be on the safe side. Some people like to have water when drinking alcohol, and of course those who only drink non alcoholic drinks will probably have a couple.

    For alcohol, you plan for 1 drink per person per hour. Since non-alcoholic drinks are cheaper, I'd plan for the same with lots of options: sweet tea, unsweetened tea, water, flavored water, lemonade, soda, coffee, hot tea, etc.

    I have read 3 to 4 drinks per person.

    Not sure how many guests you are having, but I used this calculator below and I swear by it.

    Its very close to what our DOC suggested as far as buying alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks as well. This calculator seems to be the most accurate that I've found.
