How many is too many?

I’ve seen weddings with 10 in a wedding party and I’ve also seen no wedding party at all just the bride and groom - both were beautiful- it’s basically just what you prefer - I personally think less is more - I didn’t even want a wedding party besides our daughter being flower girl but we are going to end up having 3 on each side and our daughter as flower girl.

Lol! My cousin and his wife had 19 people EACH! I’m not having a wedding party. Just our children and they’re 2. It’s really your own preference.

I’ve seen brides with 10 and brides with 2. Keep in mind, the more you have, the more opportunities there will be for personalities to “clash”

I think 6 is perfect! We're having 8 people on each side, but we're not having any junior bridesmaids or flower girls/ring bearers.

My fiance and I agreed on 5.I slept on it. And I decided that I could only handle 4. Not that I'm "in-charge" of 4 bridesmaids. But I could only oversee 4 bridesmaids without feeling like I was going crazy.

We are doing 6 bridesmaids/bridesmen and 6 groomsmen.

We are doing 5 of each with a ring bearer and flower girl ( or two flower girls). It comes down to what you want and what you can afford (bouquets for the girls and boutonnieres for the guys) I agree with the above it comes down to who and what you two want! I've been to weddings with large parties and with smaller parties!

I had 9 bridesmaids, my husband had 10 groomsmen. Our ceremony space had enough room, it didn't look like too many. It was more expensive for us to have a large wedding party but we budgeted for it.

That's fine. I had five. And it didn't feel like too many
