I have 2, they are my cousins and they're sisters. No ring bearers though! Just don't have any younger boys in the family.

We will have one; my God-sister & "Mini-me". We also asked FSIL if we could get a special white dress for my god-daughter (her daughter) and make her our "unofficial" FG. She loved the idea. I felt it would be too much for FSIL to have to wrangle her (she'll be turning 2) and her son (our RB) as well as get herself ready (she's a BM). I also ordered a flower crown for her.

Its totally up to you and what you want to do!

I'm not having any flower girls or ring bearers. I've seen between 1-2 usually, but you could have as many or as few as you want.

I had one. Her mom is my closest female cousin (mom was a BM). 2 of my BMs had daughters that were young enough to be FGs (in fact both had been FGs last year for their mothers - 2 separate weddings) but I wanted the "honor" of FG to only go to my cousin's daughter (plus she is such a cutie pie) so I gave the other girls "jobs" (we had guests sign Christmas ornaments instead of a traditional guest book and the girls took them to the tree at the "alter". The tree was then moved to a corner of the ballroom for the reception).

We're having two 2 year olds (my niece and FH's niece). Then FH's 4 year old nephew as the ring bearer. I fully expect at least one of these kids to have a meltdown and not walk down the aisle, but whatever =)

You don't have to have any. (We didn't.) And as with any other attendants, don't start with a fixed idea of how many to have. Instead, think about whom you really want to have standing with you, and go from there. If, for example, you've got 5 kids of your own in the right age group, then 5 might be appropriate. But don't stretch to add your second cousin's children just to reach some artificial number.

1-2 is common. But 2 of my BMs & one GMs have daughters (luckily none have sons bc we already have a RB, our godson) so this way they get to have their kids at the wedding. Other than those no kids so it worked out.

Originally I wanted my beloved dog to be my 'flower girl'! But the venue we are having our ceremony at said they would not allow it :-( My FH's cousins both have young girls, so they are going to be my 2 flower girls. I just wish I could've sent my puppy down with them. She's my 'child'! Haha

My FH's nephew is also the ring bearer, and younger than the two girls, so he'll be going down with them so they're not all so nervous

We are not having a flower girl or ring bearer. There are only 2 children in our lives and at the time of the wedding they will be 16 and 9 months which IMO is too young. Plus we are doing adults only and their parents are in the BP.

I'm having the whole dang niece army as my flower girls! haha. i have three that will be about 4 1/2 at the time. a 7 year old. a 2 1/2 year old, and a baby. OH! and a jr bridesmaid that will be 13. shes more of a flower girl since we don't have a guy to stand up with her, so shes mainly gonna be the flower girl wrangler. hah. so I'm having about 6 flower girls, 7 if you include the "jr bridesmaid". we are close with them all, and they were all super excited when we got engaged. they instantly started calling me auntie, and the boys got yelled at when they didn't call me auntie. haha. so there was no way we could only pick one. the more the merrier, right? hah

I'm having one flower girl and two ring bearers. I think it really depends on what kids you and your FH have that you're close to.

I'm having zero. I don't really get the point of having one - it seems like more hassle than it's worth (for a couple of pictures) and there aren't any young girls that I'm particularly close to. I've seen anywhere from 0-2 at other weddings.

I've seen zero all the way up to eight (which is a bit much IMO), but the choice is totally yours! I am having one (FH's only niece).
