HI all!

SO we are having around 180 people at our wedding. We are doing wine, keg beer and 2 signature drinks for 6.5 hours (give or take). Our caterers will be providing water coffee and juice (and the glasses for this). I will also be doing an icecream bar and I was htinking of providing some cups for root beer floats.

Will 1000 14 oz cups and 500 wine cups be ok???

Dang that makes me think i bought too few... i have 77 guests and only bought 120 cups. Maybe i should buy more

That should be fine. As a former caterer, I can tell you that no one reuses a plastic cup....you 'll go through at least 4 PP over the course of the night. And shoot, for what they cost, it's not going to kill the budget. They'll never go to waste.
