How many bridesmaids did you guys have?

We are both having 7 including 1 sibling each.. No compromise needed, we both just have 7 people that we didn't even have to think twice about having by our side. Luckily, made it very easy for us. I don't think there has to be even on both sides, either! 2021 made us reconsider old traditions, and I'm all for it.

I originally wanted 6 but that meant having to choose between my cousins so I decided not to do that and now I’ll have 5 (2 MOH, 2 bridesmaids and 1 bridesman). FH will also have 5. There’s not perfect number.

6 bridesmaid and 1 Jr bride-maid

I have 9 bridesmaid, 1 MOH,

I have 5 bridesmaids and 1 junior bridesmaids. I was originally going to have just 4 but then added my fiancé’s nieces so that added more people

I have 8, one is a junior bridesmaid.

I wanted 5/6 but SO wants 8 or 9! I think we will compromise with 7.

I have 5 but he would like more

I’ll be having 6. My fiancé wants less than that because he doesn’t have that may groomsmen. But I have a lot of sisters and it’s either all or none of them! I considered having my daughter as a jr bridesmaids, but I’ll be giving her the maid of honor title so I don’t have to choose between my sisters!

We are planning to both have 6! I think if you feel each of the people you choose should be by you on your day then do it. There’s no reason in settling. It’s your day! 🥰

Some of my girlfriends live abroad. So, I am possibly ending up with only 2 bridesmaids who are more local due to travel restrictions currently.
