My husband and I are getting married in November of 2018. I have a 10 year old son from a previous relationship and my husband and I have 2 children together, a 3 yr old daughter and a 6 month old son. We plan to include all 3 of our children in our wedding, Our oldest, Aiden, will be a Jr. Groomsmen (his decision), Our daughter, Lyla, will be our flower girl, and our youngest, Alex, will be our ring bearer, he will be 2 then. We want to do something to unite us all as a family, sand art has been tossed around. Any other ideas would be helpful. What are you doing to unite your family together?

My 24 year old son and my 13 year old daughter are walking me down the aisle. My BMs will be my daughter, FH's daughter (12) and my DIL. FH will have my son, and his two sons (14 and 9) as his GM. The 9 year old will also hold the rings. Our flower girls are my two nieces ( 4 and 2)

So to answer your question, ALL of my BP is kids.

We aren't doing anything to unite like sand ceremony. Kids don't want it and neither does FH.

FH and I have a son together. He will be 2 1/2 at the time of the wedding and the plan is for him to be our ring bearer. At the end of the ceremony we are planning to have him come stand with us and have the officiant say a prayer for our family and our future.

His daughter (23) is one of my BMs and my oldest daughter (16) is my MOH. My youngest daughter (12) is our flower girl, and my son (18) is one of his groomsmen. So all of the kids will be up there in the WP. Additionally, my kids will be giving me away at the altar. My dad will walk me down and then when they ask who gives this woman to this man my kids will gather together and say "we do" as my dad bows out. We are torn between a candle ceremony, or a sand ceremony. But we have five more months to decide.

My FH has a son from previous marriage & I have 5 daughters from previous marriage. My second oldest daughter & his son will be paired up. They get along very well & feel comfortable with each other. Plan to have a special dinner with the four of us before the wedding. The rest of my children won't be able to make it.

FH has a 11 year old daughter who I consider mine already. We have her most of the time and I'm have her as a Jr. bridesmaid. But we also have a 5 year old son who I had from a previous relationship. My FH is adopting him and we are changing his last name and hopefully will be surprising everyone with the news at the wedding. But he is going to be our ring bear.

So so sweet! My FH has 2 kids (daughter 7 and son 13) and they will be in the wedding as flower girl and ring bearer. I would love to do some sort of ceremony but I know the kids will feel very uncomfortable. We are just having them walk down the aisle and sit down in front. I think the sand ceremony is really special.

My daughter is going to be a junior bridesmaid, and my FH is giving her a ring as well. It was a ring that my step-dad gave to me when he married my mom.
