I made long islands and rum punch for our signature drinks.
I did a whole bottle of each liquor for the long islands (so 4)
And 1 big bottle each for the rum punch (light and dark rum) (2 big or 4 regular sized) We had 64 guests and that made about 2 drinks per guest. (8 regular bottles total)I premixed everything and we didn’t have any left after cocktail hr (which what the cocktails were for. Beer and wine for the reception) and by regular bottle I mean 750 ml.

It also depends on what else you're serving! Will you also have beer & wine? Are these the only liquor drinks??

I'd start by calculating the total amount of booze you'll need - then break it down from there! A good rule of thumb for estimating is 2-3 drinks per person for the cocktail hour, then 1 drink per person per hour for the rest of the reception. So for example - for a cocktail hour then 4 hour reception for 65 guests you'll need to be prepared to serve at least 350-400 drinks!

If you are serving beer & wine as well, then I think preparing enough for each guest to have 2 signature drinks is probably enough! Some people get excited and always want to try the signature cocktails, but lots of people will also stick to their preferred drink of choice! 🥂
