My FH and I was together for three months and got engaged. We are currently going on nine months. We met online and we both knew, we want to spend the rest of our life together. Too soon for some but for US we knew. ❤👨⚕️👸🏾

We got engaged at just over 2 years. But at 1 year, we bought a house together, making the choice to sort out having a place to live before we planned a wedding.
We met through a mutual friend my freshman year of college. We were both dating other people. We never hung out but over 4 years we both would hear about what the other person was up to through our mutual friend. Like we barely talked but we knew about major life events in the other person's life lol. My friend invited him to my birthday when I turned 22 and we instantly hit it off and went on our first date the next day. He proposed about 2.5 years later. We were engaged 17 months and then got married. We will be celebrating our 2 year marriage anniversary and 6 years together this year.
We first met/fell in love 15 years ago (dated in high school and went our separate ways). Dated for two years before moving in together, then another four before getting engaged. The engagement will last almost two years - we wanted the time to save money and be able to pay for the wedding we want upfront.
My fiance and I have know each other our entire lives, our mothers were close friends in high school, and we'd always go on camping trips together as children. Once in high school we started to date, and have been together six years as of this past March. He proposed in May, and we're planning our wedding for January of 2020, so almost 8 years after we began dating.
