Our ceremony starts at 6, cocktail hour is 6:30-7:30, Reception is 7:30-11:30. Luckily the venue said that it doesn't matter if it goes over a little bit. Then we are thinking about moving it to a club or bar cuz our group is a bunch of partiers! we will be up allllll night- then sleep on the plane to the honeymoon :-)

Ceremony is at 3:30. Cocktail hour starts at 5, dinner at 6, music stops at 10:30 and we have to be out by 11:00....so 5 1/2 hours total at the reception.

I know it is.. lol. But we are getting married on a Wednesday night (Thanksgiving Eve) so we wanted to make sure everyone finished up what they needed to at work and didn't have to rush.

We are serving dinner. But it's not a sit down dinner we are having 11 different actions stations that will be open all night so people can walk around and graze all night if they so desire.

Heaven help us, our DW party could go all night, because after dinner, everyone is coming back to our room which, for the night, will have a private rooftop terrace.

For our post-DW celebration, it's 3.5 hours on a Sunday afternoon.
