How long did it take to get your wedding photos from your photographers?

Honestly, I think 6-8 weeks is average. We got our’s in probably 5-6 but I can’t remember to be exact.

Every photographer is different and that’s why they put it on their contract. Check your contract, if you were supposed to get them within fewer than 7 weeks then reach out and ask.
Mine was 30 days

I got married October 10th, 2020 and didn't receive my photos until early December. I think it just depends on your photographer and how busy they are. Mine was super busy and had so many weddings and photo sessions during the fall season. I ended up emailing our photographer to see when I will receive our photos and she kindly responded. So doesn't hurt to ask!

View Quoted Comment It didn't say much. It only mentioned the end of the contract which would be a month after the date which is when the pictures and video would be delivered.

We got ours after 8 weeks. Our contract said 10 weeks max so it was within contract.

Hello. I see that you made another post about this and I do understand that you said that you don't want the general timeline but I would look at your contract. Mine said up to eight weeks but I got mine within a month. However that was also during a time when I don't think they had a ton of weddings so what could be a factor is how busy your photographer currently is working on other weddings and photos.

I'm not upset, I was just curious how long other brides had to wait. Also, I don't recall making another post about this subject, but I appreciate the info and insight 😊

It should say in your contract when you will receive your photos by. 6-8 weeks is standard. We got ours in 7.

For my engagement photos, it only took 2 weeks.
