How early can you start harassing people who haven’t Rsvp’d??

Everyone seems to want numbers... my venue, my caterer... how early can I start contacting people who haven’t yet RSVP’d? Most of the guests I haven’t heard from would need to travel to the wedding, and I want to make sure their invites didn’t get lost in the mail or anything to I thought I’d reach...

But I don’t want people to feel like I’m harassing them... the wedding is June 16!

Wedding invites typically should be mailed 7-8 weeks in advance of the wedding; so for a June 16th wedding the earliest you should have them in the mail is around now!

Since you didn't give a due date, I'd start calling people around May 16th to follow-up (a month before the wedding) because that's probably the earliest you could possibly set a reasonable response date before the wedding if you had included it.

I'm just the week before you on the 9th! Our RSVP date is May 15th. Our caterer needs numbers a little earlier so the 15th gives us a week to wait for stragglers and start reaching out to those we haven't received!

What is the date youot for deadline on the RSVP? My wedding is May 12th, and i only just started texting people whom we hadn't heard from, largely because we're need to get place cards printed soon...
