My problem is that I don't have a large social group, so I only have my FH, my mom, or my MOH (who is a mother of 6 and homeschools her kids. Yeah. She has NO time.) So I spend a lot of time on these forums searching for answers or feel-good stories or even bad stories that make me feel grateful for my circumstances (some really do! Apparently my FSMIL is amazing! and I have no FMIL). And I keep most things in my head unless I absolutely HAVE to talk about them, ie my FH's cousin who is supposed to be our caterer, but has been ghosting us. That I must talk to FH about. Otherwise, I keep it to myself. Apparently, no one cares as much as I do. I just can't wait to be married. Because at the end of all of this, that's all that matters. I'll be married to my favorite human and he'll be married to me, his favorite human. In the end, the details really don't matter. If we have cold sandwiches from Costco, (so not my vision), it's ok because we'll be married. That's what I remind myself. The details really don't matter in the end. Most people won't remember the details. I've been to dozens of weddings and remember very little about any of them. I've waited a really long time to be married to the right partner for me. And I try really hard to let go of the rest. As I said. Wine helps.

Idk that’s been my life for the last year and a half. Keep yourself busy with other things. I may try to keep Sundays for zero wedding planning but it’s still on my brain

I think once you look at what you have planned and how everything is laid out and you love it, you have to just stop. If you keep going you'll continue to makes tweaks and changes and before you know it, it will be completely different than what you originally loved. You just have to find other distractions. If you're really still wanting to plan, I'm sure any of your friends that are having baby showers, birthday parties, etc. would be more than happy to accept your creativity and energy.

I wouldn't say I constantly plan but thoughts do run through my head on a regular basis. I encounter Honeymooner's all the time at work though so it's a little tough to keep my mind off of it even when I'm busy.
