how do i get the (invitation sent) button checked??? I can't get it to work. HELP

I'm trying to save the guest that I have already sent invitations to. I click on it and turns blue but wont stay checked.

    Hey Hannah! We'll help you through.

    You'll need to have updated your guest list tool settings to 'Track invitations for this event', and can then mark invitations as sent by the specific event tab!

    - Log into your WeddingWire account

    - Hover over ‘Planning Tools' and click ‘Guest List’

    - Select the specific event tab

    - Select ‘Invitations’

    - Click ‘Settings’ and be sure that ‘Track invitations for this event’ is checked

    - Click ‘Save’

    - Now you can edit the ‘Save-the-Date’ sent by clicking the grayed out circle under either the 'Save-the-Dates Sent' column, or 'Invitations Sent' column

    - Click ‘Batch Edit’, select the guests you would like to edit, then click ‘Edit Save-the-date status’ or 'Edit Invitation Status'"

    If you follow that process and still have trouble getting it to stick I'd make sure you're on an up to date browser, and it never hurts to clear your cache and cookies. If after that you're still running into trouble I'd contact support@weddingwire.com so they can help you troubleshoot.

    Can you no longer track save the dates on weddingwire? I am trying to follow your steps above but there isn't an Invitations button.

    This feature was removed in October 2018 as part of an update to our platform. I am happy to share this feedback with our Development Team.
