How did you honor those angels not with you on your big day?

His mother passed away this month about 14 years ago (i think it was 14. around there). I have a lapel pin with her picture on it for him to wear inside his jacket (he doesn't know about it yet. Im hoping to surprise him with it). But how can I implement his mama more into our big day? I have a...
His mother passed away this month about 14 years ago (i think it was 14. around there). I have a lapel pin with her picture on it for him to wear inside his jacket (he doesn't know about it yet. Im hoping to surprise him with it).


But how can I implement his mama more into our big day? I have a plaque to put up to honor those not with us, and plan to put a photo of her and his two sets of grandparents also up but wondered how others have done it to give me a better idea?

    I'm only doing a charm on my bouquet of my grandparents that passed when I was young.
    My grandma would find a way to make a shrine to her husband who has been deceased my entire life if I did a memoriam table.
    So it's a short, sweet, and quiet thing that means more to me than it will anyone else.

    At my cousins wedding, they just named all of the family members who had died but would have been at the wedding, then had a moment of silence for them. It was nice.
