How did FS propose?

At home. I went for a shower and he went to go do some chores like wash dishes or so I thought. After I got out the shower I was painting my nails and he tells me to come look out the bedroom window. Im like yes yes .. in a minute, I'm painting my nails. And he just keeps rushing me like hurry hurry now now c'mon now. Like my god what is the rush?! So I go and I see in candles and rose petals in our yard ... I LOVE YOU MARRY ME? And I burst out crying and then hes on his knee and I say YES BUT I WISH YOU WOULD HAVE PROPOSED TO ME WHEN I HAD PANTS ON. He then handed me a pair of pants. It was a late Friday so I was half dressed thinking we werent doing anything else after. On the bright side, we will always remember that part as funny aha.

Aw, I love your proposal story! The pictures are beautiful FH didn't get down on one knee to propose to me either, but I honestly feel like that's becoming more common, and I wouldn't change a thing about how he did, as I'm sure you wouldn't either!

Honestly, same! For months and months, we'd talked about it, but FH never pulled the trigger. I stopped expecting it, and I think that's why I was completely surprised. Not to mention, he proposed to me in front of my mom and best friend at a crowded bar, so I was completely caught off-guard. Congrats on your engagement! Those pictures are adorable

We were walking into the magic kingdom at Walt Disney world. I wasn’t thinking anything of it, but apparently we had a breakfast reservation because breakfast is my favorite meal!!! And we were going to take a picture by the castle my sister was taking the picture (while my mom and dad were watching) Then his twin brothers popped out of no where and started taking pictures! We all ate brunch after!💖

Our 5th year anniversary of dating was on July 20th of this year! We are high school sweethearts 🥰 we both unfortunately had to work the day of our anniversary but he calls me and asks if I want to go to the beach in the morning and of course I agreed! I put on a bathing suit and a pretty casual outfit and he showed up to pick me up in a nice button down and shorts I was like “umm where’s your bathing suit!” He said it was in his trunk (it wasn’t). But we get to the beach and after a while of just hanging out, talking, and laughing, he takes me to the far side of the beach which is a tiny little peninsula only walkable during low tide. He starts talking about how we’ve been in love for so long and how he can’t imagine life with anyone else 😁😁 long story short he gets down on one knee and I think I blacked out but I of course cried like a baby and said yes!! ❤️

I met him online actually on POF (amazing dating site) we talked for like two days or less we instantly fell deep in love but as soon as I saw him on the 12th of March I knew it was met to be the day we met was a dream come true I found my Prince Charming (I’m crying writing this) I was looking for all along he told me I was the person he had been looking for we have been together 5 months on the 12th the day he asked me it was about 2 months ago we where at my best friends house he went outside for a few minutes came
back got down on one knee and asked me I have a video and a pic of it that my best friend took

Ok so believe it or not we were only 15 and 17 when he proposed, we were young in love and high school sweetheart hearts he was very old fashion and old Christian standards and believe that before we went any farther let’s atleast say we are going to be husband and wife so he asked my parents for their blessing and my mom gave him her ring he then surprised me at school i got called down to the cafeteria where the whole school was waiting for me he was on one knee with the year book committee taking pics and propose in front of our entire school mind u he was knew for teaching bible study in our school so not the norm of a high school teenager anyway there we were and there i was speechless and crying infront of everyone the biggest event to happen at are school and still talked about today 11 yrs later i don’t have the picture at the moment but that’s that story of how he proposed, we got married when we was legally able to 18&20 at city hall and here we are 11yrs later 8 yrs of marriage 3 kids and planning to have the big wedding celebration for our 10th yr
